Our most important resource is our people. The people we select to join our team share our commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service. Our Philosophy
It is often said that past performance is an indication of future success. Elements that contribute to an ambulance organization’s performance include quality assurance and improvement, timeliness of service and response, cost control measures, business practices and key personnel. Ultimately, these elements integrate to create the highest quality services possible and complete customer satisfaction. With these principles in mind, LifeLine delivers the highest-quality and innovative medical transportation solutions that are custom-tailored and will exceed customer expectations. We are not the provider of yesterday, but the company of today and tomorrow, committed to service excellence and endeavoring to challenge the status quo of transportation delivery systems while exceeding our customer’s expectations.
Our Promise
LifeLine ensures that “Complete Customer Care” is provided in every circumstance. Starting with our intensive and exhaustive hiring process, employees at all levels are individually selected to ensure that every customer interaction with a LifeLine team member is pleasant and memorable.
