Director of Human Resources: Viviana Estrada

Viviana Estrada provides human resources oversight for LifeLine Ambulance. With over 10 years of experience in human resources, Viviana provides LifeLine Ambulance with instrumental expertise to assist in the implementation and coordination of employee policies and programs, compensation, benefits, training, safety and health. Viviana is a charismatic Human Resources Professional and is intimately involved in assuring compliance at all levels as well as maintaining a friendly work environment for the LifeLine Ambulance team.

Billing Manager: Cesar Gil

Mr. Gil has over 14 years of experience in the medical industry and brings 7 years of experience as a medical claims collector and auditor in the field of radiology prior to transitioning to Emergency Medical Services. His employment with Lifeline Ambulance begun in 2005 and has worked in various positions including Billing Specialist, Claims Collector, Supervisor and most recently Billing Manager. Mr. Gil oversees and monitors all aspects of billing, collections and claims compliance for the organization.

Business Office Manager: Matthew Sundquist

Matthew Sundquist is the Business Office Manager for LifeLine Ambulance and has been with the company since 2008. Along with administration of payroll, his main focus is on daily accounting. Prior to his tenure with LifeLine Ambulance, Matthew spent five years as a bookkeeper for a national mortgage company and prior to that four years as an auditor for a national hotel chain.
